What data we collect
Only the data you give us: name, email, phone and the information about your business you share when booking a call, messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing us.
When you book an appointment, Google Calendar processes your data under Google's privacy policy.
How we use it
To answer your questions, schedule calls, prepare proposals and deliver the services you hire. We don't sell or rent your data to third parties.
Who we share it with
Only with tools we need to operate (for example Google Workspace, WhatsApp and Shopify) and when required by law.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited and clicks on contact buttons). This tool uses cookies and does not give us your name or email. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Your rights
Under Panama's Personal Data Protection Law 81 of 2019, you can request access, correction, deletion or objection to the use of your data by writing to info@thesyncology.com.
